Cancellations
Ya, we know. You're the new business person. Stuff happens...like pitches.

First, when notified in writing, we do allow substitutions up until 1 week prior to the conference. If that still doesn't work for you, we do provide another option. Upon written request, we will provide you with a refund (;ess 7% processing fee), when the request is made within 3 weeks of your registration date. However, no refunds are available within 3 weeks of the conference date. Should you have to cancel your registration, and are not eligible for a refund, we will be happy to provide you with a full credit towards a future Mirren Business Development workshop or conference, valid for up to 1 year.

We do not provide refunds in the rare event that the Conference is postponed due to events beyond our control (such as a freak 26" snow storm, a power outage of the entire Northeastern grid or the venue losing their keys). Should this occur, a new date will be quickly secured for you to attend. Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
